Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make your visit to our website more user-friendly and more effective. The use of cookies constitutes a legitimate interest on our part. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and are automatically deleted depending on your browser settings or after a fixed period of time. You can change your browser settings to either allow or exclude them, to require your confirmation if cookies are used and to have them automatically deleted when your visit to the website is ended. If you do not allow cookies, it is possible that some of the functionalities of the website may be impaired.

Personal data

We only collect personal data when you send us data e.g. as part of a job application and then only to the extent of the data transmitted to us. This data will of course be treated confidentially and only used for the original reason and purpose. The data will not be passed on to third parties as a matter of principle unless this is legally required or permissible, or you have given us your consent or an official order obliges us to do so.

If you contact us by e-mail, the e-mails and related data will be stored by us in our mail system. The legal basis for this is either Article 6 (1) (a), (b) or (c) GDPR.

The e-mails themselves are not encrypted.

Right to object

Integration of further services and content of third-party providers

It may be that the content or services of third-party providers such as town plans or fonts from other websites are integrated within our website. The integration of the content of third-party providers always assumes that the third-party providers use the IP address of users as they could not send the content to the browser of the users without the IP address. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this content. Furthermore, the providers of third-party content can set their own cookies and process the data of users for their own purposes. In doing so, they can create usage profiles of the users from the processed data. We will use this content by ideally minimising and avoiding data and as far as data security is concerned, will also select reliable third-party providers.

Finally

We reserve the right to adapt our privacy statement to the valid version of the privacy laws as amended from time to time.
